Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Crane Rental, heavy lifting, rigging, and related services by Red Tiger Heavy Equipment Rental L.L.C. (“Red Tiger”) to clients in the UAE and GCC.

1. Quotations and Bookings

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Rental agreement or written purchase order from the client. Red Tiger reserves the right to decline any booking.

2. Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. For new clients, a 50% deposit may be required prior to mobilisation. Late payments may attract interest at the rate permitted under UAE Federal Law.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information regarding the site, load, and access conditions
• Ensuring suitable ground conditions at the crane setup location
• Obtaining any necessary authority approvals not included in the Red Tiger scope
• Providing a safe working environment for Red Tiger personnel
• Notifying Red Tiger of any changes to load specifications, site conditions, or programme dates

4. Lift Plans and Safety

Red Tiger will prepare OSHAD-compliant lift plans for all operations. The client must review and approve the lift plan prior to commencement. If site conditions differ materially from those described at the time of planning, Red Tiger may suspend the operation until conditions are re-assessed.

5. Weather and Force Majeure

Red Tiger reserves the right to suspend or reschedule operations due to adverse weather conditions (including Shamal wind events), unforeseen site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. No penalty or cancellation fee shall apply in such circumstances.

6. Liability

Red Tiger's total liability to the client shall not exceed the value of the Rental charges paid for the specific operation giving rise to the claim. Red Tiger is not liable for consequential or indirect losses, including project delays, unless arising from our gross negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
