Our inspections identify ground conditions, access constraints, overhead hazards, underground services, and exclusion zone requirements.
Our inspection service includes ground bearing pressure assessments, outrigger pad sizing calculations, crane setup position planning, and access route surveys for crane transport vehicles. Where ground conditions are suspect, we recommend and supply ground protection solutions to ensure crane stability.
Following every inspection, you receive a written site survey report and a preliminary lift plan that can be submitted to OSHAD, Dubai Municipality, RTA, or the relevant emirate authority to obtain permits.
