General Questions
Red Tiger operates a modern fleet of all-terrain mobile cranes ranging from 8-tonne to 500-tonne capacity. Our fleet includes pick-and-carry cranes, rough terrain cranes, and hydraulic telescopic boom cranes suitable for confined sites, high-rise projects, and heavy industrial lifts across the UAE.
We provide Crane Rental services across all seven UAE emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We also service select GCC projects in Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia for established clients.
For standard planned lifts, we typically mobilise within 24–48 hours of confirmation. For emergency lifts, our rapid-response team can deploy within 4–6 hours across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Contact us on +971 50 761 8300 for urgent requirements.
To provide an accurate quote, we need: the load weight and dimensions, the lift height and radius, the site address and emirate, any overhead obstructions (power lines, trees, structures), ground conditions, any access constraints, the proposed date and duration, and whether an authority permit from Dubai Municipality, RTA, Trakhees, or OSHAD is already obtained. Use our contact form and we'll respond within 2 hours.
Pricing
Pricing & Costs
Crane Rental rates in the UAE are quoted in AED and typically structured as: a day rate (inclusive of operator, fuel, and basic rigging), plus mobilisation and demobilisation costs, plus any third-party costs such as RTA road transport permits, crane mats, or engineering documentation fees. Our day rates are competitive and transparent — we don't impose hidden surcharges. Request a detailed quote via our enquiry form.
Yes. All Red Tiger Crane Rental rates include a UAE-certified crane operator, LEEA-certified rigger, third-party public liability insurance (AED 20 million per occurrence), and Workers' Compensation for all crew under UAE Federal Labour Law. A Certificate of Currency is provided prior to mobilisation for your contract and project compliance files.
Weekend and UAE public holiday rates (including National Day and Eid periods) attract a premium rate, outlined in your Rental agreement. We are transparent about these rates upfront. Friday morning operations may also require RTA night/off-peak permits where road transport is involved — we manage this process on your behalf.
Safety & Compliance
Safety & UAE Compliance
Yes. All Red Tiger crane operators hold current UAE Crane Operator Certificates as required under UAE Federal Labour Law and OSHAD regulations. Our rigging supervisors hold LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) accreditation — internationally recognised as the gold standard for lifting operations in the GCC. Copies of all operator licences are provided prior to mobilisation.
Our Lift Plans are prepared to OSHAD CoP 37.0 (Lifting Equipment) and Dubai Municipality regulations. Each plan includes: load and crane configuration details, outrigger reaction calculations, ground bearing verification, load radius chart, exclusion zone diagrams, Method Statement, emergency response procedure, and operator and rigger sign-off. For complex lifts, we produce a full Engineered Lift Plan (ELP) sealed by a licensed UAE engineer.
In the UAE, crane operations are typically suspended when sustained wind speeds exceed 14 m/s (approximately 50 km/h) or when gusts exceed 20 m/s, in line with Dubai Municipality regulations and OSHAD guidelines. During Shamal wind events — common from June through August — we proactively monitor hourly NCMS weather data. Our operators are trained to continuously assess conditions and suspend operations safely if limits are approached. Rescheduling due to Shamal events is handled with maximum flexibility.
Yes. Red Tiger is familiar with the specific requirements of all UAE free zone and authority bodies, including Trakhees (PCFC) for Jebel Ali and Dubai Ports, DIFC Authority, KEZAD (Abu Dhabi), and Dubai Development Authority (DDA). We maintain current trade licenses for all relevant jurisdictions and can provide compliant documentation packages for each authority's pre-construction approval process.
